The city of Blackstone is propped up by corruption and fear. Public defender Jaime Nuñez-former baseball hero, now a divorced dad-has tried his best, but the criminal justice system targets the weak and poor. So Jaime has chosen a more direct way to make a difference: as the masked hero known as The Dusk.
