In the aftermath, community leader Alton Eldridge pushes for Rosebush Heights be removed from Dallas PD jurisdiction, while Thorn shakes down a corrupt District Attorney. Also, an inconvenient person from Alton's past shows up to cause trouble in the Rosebush.
